All products and services provided are 100% digital and include:

  • Downloadable digital files (PDFs, spreadsheets, or similar)

  • Ongoing access to updated digital content

No physical products are sold or shipped.

StockSource does not sell inventory, fulfill orders, or act as a middleman. Customers are purchasing information and access, not goods.

2. Digital Delivery & Access

Upon successful payment:

  • Digital access is delivered instantly or shortly after checkout

  • Delivery may occur via email and/or account access

Delivery is considered complete and final once access is provided.

Failure to check your email (including spam folders) or log into your account does not constitute non-delivery.

3. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Income

  • Profit

  • Sales

  • Business success

  • Supplier performance or reliability

All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for your business decisions and outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All content provided is the intellectual property of StockSource.

You may NOT:

  • Resell

  • Share

  • Leak

  • Redistribute

  • Copy

  • Repackage

  • Transfer access to any third party

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Permanent account ban

  • No refund

  • Potential legal action

5. Account Responsibility

If an account is created:

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility

Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Fraud or abuse is suspected

  • Content is misused or redistributed

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Membership Benefits

The VIP Membership provides continued access to premium digital resources, including but not limited to:

  • Access to a VIP-only vendor and supplier library

  • Monthly updated vendor and supplier lists

  • New vendors and sourcing opportunities added regularly

  • Updated pricing, contacts, and sourcing information

  • Continued access to previously released digital content

  • Priority access to future vendor updates and releases

Membership benefits are provided on a recurring basis and may be updated, modified, or expanded over time.

Access to membership benefits remains active as long as the subscription is active and in good standing.

9. Membership Enrollment & Billing

By completing a purchase and checking the required acknowledgment box at checkout, you expressly agree that:

  • You are enrolling in a recurring monthly subscription

  • The subscription fee is $29.99 USD per month

  • Your payment method will be automatically charged each billing cycle

  • The subscription begins immediately upon checkout

  • Continued access to digital content and updates is provided through this membership

Failure to read, understand, or remember this subscription does not exempt you from billing.

10. Refund Policy Acknowledgement (Digital Products & Memberships)

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds are guaranteed

  • No refunds are issued for:

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Failure to cancel before renewal

    • Lack of results or success

    • Misunderstanding the product or subscription

While refunds are not guaranteed, StockSource may issue refunds or partial refunds at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

11. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing only

  • No prorated or partial refunds are guaranteed

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period

It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
